When ordering, please include your name, address, phone number employee number (if applicable) and crew base regardless of what method you choose. Please advise which products you are interested in and don't forget to specify captain or first officer for flows or package deals. When ordering by phone, please be sure to spell out last names, street names and city names.
Please note that study packages include the Initial Flashcards, Profile Charts and the appropriate (Captain, First Officer or both) Flow Charts.
Pilots currently on the Southwest pilot seniority list and those pilots currently in the hiring pool (congratulations) are invited to order via any of the above methods. An invoice and payment envelope will be sent with your order. All others please order by mail with your payment included.
